For Home roasters who would like to purchase in smaller amount, you can purchase our coffee selection in 1 kg and 5 kg bag, please call us or directly visit our office.
We are located in Sydney, Australia and shipped our coffee nationwide. Please read our policies here before making any payment for ease of purchase.


We accept Paypal, Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa) and Direct Deposit. For PayPal and Credit Card Payment is due at the time of purchase. For Direct Deposit, you have 2 days to settle the payment. If we do not receive any payment from you, you order will be cancelled automatically.


 All items will be dispatched within 2 working days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays & National Holidays), following cleared payment.

 We will send your order to the address listed in your Purchase Order.

 Your order will be shipped via Australia Post with Standard Parcel Post (default) in Satchel postbag of 3 kg or 5 kg. If you wish to upgrade, please contact us before making any payment for a price quote.

 To keep the shipping cost in the most economical way for you, all orders that are made in one transaction will be combined into Standard Parcel Post bag of 3 kg or 5 kg. Orders that are more than 5 kg will be shipped separately.

 Delivery time is approximately 3 – 6 days.

 Please understand, we really have no control over Australia Post. We cannot hold any responsibilities for any loss or damage during transit and late delivery. There is no insurance against loss or damage.

 You may return or exchange your order. Please return the item within 14 days in their original condition.
 Your Refund/Exchange will be processed when we received the return item. For that reason we recommend you send it with a delivery confirmation and/or insured.
 For exchange, the new goods will be sent to you after we receive the return item.
 Please contact us for your Refund/Exchange Request within 2 days of receiving your order. Refund/Exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.
 All shipping for the return and delivery of new goods will be at your cost.
 Refund will be credited to your Paypal account or bank account you used for purchase.
 Shipping costs are not refundable.
